The hybrid T-Touch Connect Solar watch is powered by an in house developed privacy-proof operating system. The watch, applications and connected smartphones cannot send data to third parties and store all data on secure servers in Switzerland. You have to charge most connected watches quite often. That is not necessary with this watch. All electronic parts are energy efficient and the watch contains the latest generation of solar cells. Offline, the battery life is therefore virtually unlimited. When the watch is online, it can work for up to six months. Offline, the watch has the same functions as the 'regular' T-Touch: perpetual calendar, countdown timer, various timers and alarms, weather and altimeter functions. Even if you are not connected to your smartphone, you can still use the watch. In addition, by connecting the watch to your smartphone via Bluetooth, you get access to interactive functions such as activity tracking, calls, etc. The watch is compatible with iOS, Android and (soon) Harmony. The navigation system, consisting of push buttons, electronic crown and touchscreen made of scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, is designed to be used during the practice of any land sport such as hiking or mountain biking. In addition, the watch is water resistant to 100 metersand suitable for swimming.
